These terms govern your use of the Volunteer FoamPros LLC website and our customer communications, including our SMS text message program. By requesting an estimate or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS text message program
Messages are sent by Volunteer FoamPros LLC ("Volunteer FoamPros"). When you provide your mobile number through our estimate form, by phone or in person, you consent to receive text messages from us about your project: appointment reminders and confirmations, estimates, invoices, service updates and occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies by the status of your project. Most customers receive a few messages per job.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. Reply HELP for help, call (615) 492-9376, or email [email protected]. After you text STOP, we send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Estimates and services
Estimates are free and are based on the information you provide and, where needed, an on-site inspection. Final pricing, scheduling and workmanship terms are set out in the written estimate or contract for your job, which controls over these general terms.
